1. The touch part of nail polish material is made by corrosion-resisting material.
2. Filled 6 pcs at the same time. The working principle is by vacuum and controlled by PLC.
3.Two sets 40 liter single jacket tanks. It would be quick and easy to change the color and clean the tank.
4. Automatic position filling system which could fill in different bottles with similar level.
5. The conveyor has the function of mould position and proofread the center of the mould.
6. Inserting the bottles and cap by manual. Design with working table for operators.
7. The frame of machine is made by SUS material and aluminum extrusion.
