Rotated Nail Polish Filling Machine

1. ψ600 rotation plate for empty bottle, and combine with conveyer to feed the bottle into working station.
2. Feed the steel ball automatic by vibrator.
3. Filling tube insert original material tank to inhale, no need vessel to wash, and easy to change the color.
4. Feed the brusher and inner cap automatic by vibrator.
5. Auto-tighten the inner cap, and capping torque is adjustable.
6. Feed the outer cap automatic by conveyer, it can prevent surface of cap attrited.
7. Pressing the outer cap by pneumatic.
8. ψ600 rotation plate combine with conveyer to collect the finished product.
9. Control by inter face, it could show the abnormal function.
10. Each working station has examine device to check empty bottle.
11. The touch parts of nail polish material is made by #SUS, corrosion-resisting material
