Liquid Powder Injection Filling Machine

1. The multi-color liquid powder is filled with 1-8 colors.
2. Filling and vacuum overflowing device which can work at the same time.

5. Two rotation table. One has 2trays of filling and three trays of smoothing, picking up and putting the container in another table.
6. The smoothing device is run by hydraulic bump.
7. 8 sets of 10 liter tanks are made by SUS material.
8. 8 sets of agitator devices and the speed of the device is adjustable.
9. 8 sets of pumps are design by quick release structure. It could be clean and change easily.
10. 3 sets of automatically silk and paper rolling systems(2 for filling and one for smoothing)
11. Operation with interface which shows trouble automatically and set up filling time and arguments, come with safe protection and alarm system.
12. Each color can be filled individual; adjust the pressure and filling speed individual.
13. Auto-feeder and pick-up the finished products system.
